I read somewhere that many banks and lenders were playing with a new stock market derivative called "Hedged Monte-Carlo" to the poin they were losing money until they set the debt on borrowers whom they foreclosed on!
Can't borrowers check with FINRA to see if their lender was playing Hedged Monte-Carlo the time they went default? FINRA Home Page
